Tower Site Acquisition, Development, and Management Professional Services
The Authority is exercising its authority to build telecommunications infrastructure for commercial mobile radio service (CMRS) in under-served and unserved areas of the state and will examine competitive pricing of communications tower development and construction services for savings through aggregated or packaged services, as well as for selection of subject-matter experts.
