The City requests proposals from qualified consultants for a Rehabilitation Master Plan.

1. Complete a Rehabilitation Master Plan (RMP) to analysis the extent of damage to all components associated with the tower proper, the plaza (including knee walls and steps), and the moat surrounding the resource (Complex)

2. Prepare written plans and specifications to make the necessary repairs to the Complex as identified in the RMP
