PRON: AX5L0077AX, NOUN: Towbar, Aircraft; NSN: 1730-00-967-9556; P/N: AA1730-1251; 100 each on a one time buy type contract applicable to C8 (Aviation Sets, Kits and Outfits, Aircraft Ground Support Equip (AGSE) and Aircraft Like Support Equipment (ALSE)with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 100 each 150 each DACA until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
