This is a synopsis for noncommercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most recent Federal Acquisition Circular. This action is 100% Small Business Set-Aside as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). NAICS Code: 332510. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5340. Required delivery is 24 weeks ARO. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. The RFQ number is N66604-18-Q-3305.

NUWC Division Newport intends to procure the following:
CLIN 0001- Sleeve, Locking, build-to-print machined in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 8045474 Rev G (manufacture part #8045474). Quantity of 40 EACH.


CLIN 0002 Coupling, AFT, build-to-print machined in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 2310C0076 Rev B (manufacture part #2310C0076-2). Quantity of 18 EACH.


CLIN 0003 Coupling, FWD, build-to-print machined in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 2310C0076 Rev B (manufacture part #2310C0076-4). Quantity of 18 EACH.


The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technically acceptable means (1) the items quoted meet the requirements in the drawings listed above, in the required quantities; and (2) the Government may consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within, Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. Failure to propose all the required items will render your quote ineligible for award.

The solicitation and any subsequent amendment will be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS website. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments.
