The City is seeking qualifications from individuals or firms to work with the City Tourism Board to develop a Request for Proposal focusing on a tourism marketing services. Directions and supervision will be provided by the City Tourism Board.


Examples of Duties and Requirements
• Meet with the Tourism Board, as needed, to develop a scope of work for the
Tourism Marketing Study RFP.

• Help develop a bid list for the Tourism Marketing RFP.
• Coordinate with City’s Purchasing Manager the final draft of the Tourism
Marketing Study RFP.
• Work with the Tourism Board in reviewing the proposals received for the Tourism
