Tourism & Economic Development Marketing Services for the state of Connecticut

The State of Connecticut, Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) Office of Tourism
(COT) is seeking a contractor, or contractors, to provide a variety of statewide tourism and business
development marketing services to develop comprehensive and cost-effective marketing strategies to
promote Connecticut as a year-round travel destination and attractive state to grow a business. The State is
looking for the highest qualified firm(s) and will consider in-state, as well as, out-of-state firms.
The State is seeking responses that offer flexible solutions and alternatives in handling various marketing
areas that include, but are not limited to, brand extension, strategic marketing planning, media services, online
marketing, creative development, public relations, and market research.
