Total Maintenance Services Contract, Department of defense Education Activity-Pacific West at South Korea to provide a full range of maintenance of facilities, elevators, kitchens equipment, playground equipment, fire alarms and suppression system, and grounds/snow maintenance activities will be required which may include facilities site investigations, demand maintenance and repairs, preparation of Quotes and Records of Decision, remedial alternative designs, remedial action operations and maintenance, developing operations and maintenance schedules and frequencies,, and achieving total facilities maintenance preventive maintenance.
