Torque Tool Maintenance, Calibration and Repair
This requirement will be for a base plus four (4)option years for Preventative Maintenance and Calibration of DC Electric Torque tools. The contract shall consist of the following: a) Complete on-site tool evaluation and testing of all components and functions; b) All serviceable parts will be disassembled and the function tested with certified test equipment; c) Certificates of Calibration for each tool will be provided; d) All mechanical parts will be cleaned, inspected and regreased; e) Calibration of the electric tools will consist of making sure they fulfill the needs of a traceability change using ISO 17025 international standards; f)Minor on-site repairs and emergency repair service available; g) Service eight(8) Desoutter EM80-50J DC Torque tools; h) Service twelve (12) Service Desoutter EM80-30J DC Torque Tools; i) Service eight(8)Desoutter EME80-30J DC Torque tools; j) Service four (4) Desoutter EME106-20J DC Torque tools; k)Service thirty(30)Stanley DC Torque tools.
