The selected bidder shall perform a field-run topographic survey of Cells 3, 4, 5 & 6. The survey boundary area which encompasses Cells 3, 4, 5 & 6 is 47.4 acres in size. Elevations depicted on the topographic map shall be based upon the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1988.
