Topographic Survey
Services to include:
1. Type of Survey: Topographic with T2 Standard of Accuracy tied into property line(s) in
vicinity of survey.
2. Area of lot to be surveyed: 10.5 acres (see drawing available in Selectmans Office)
3. Plan of survey to be provided at a scale of no more than 1:=40 with contour interval of 1 to
fit on 24 x 36 sheet.
4. Provide computer CD with CAD Files
5. Base of levels: NAD83 tied to State of Connecticut Coordinate System
6. Features to be shown on plan: property lines adjacent to surveyed area, ledge outcrops,
walls, fences, utility poles, streams, standing water, river edge, wetland flags, roads/driveways,
curbing, sidewalks, tree lines, significant trees, culverts-catch basins-manholes (with
elevations), swales, sanitary sewer manholes (2) on Route 6 in front of property nearest
southwest most property corner with inverts (in/out) paths/trails, large diameter trees.
7. Finished map to contain: all in Item No. 6, plus benchmarks (2 min.), legend, north arrow,
spot elevations, 100-year flood plain elevation delineation, surveyors certification
8. Coordinate Dump of all control points to be provided
