Tollway Authority Request for Proposal
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) invites written proposals from highly qualified firms for a interior build out to include a 20,000 square foot interior finish out of an existing shell building. Includes MEP, HVAC, floor covering, ceiling grid and tile. 2,900 square feet of drywall in 15 enclosed office and conference rooms. Certificate of Occupancy required in 30 to 45 days.
Proposals must be received at the North Texas Tollway Authority, Gleneagles office located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75093; not later than December 10, 2008 at 4:00 pm.
The work site can be reviewed December 3,4 and 5 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the North Texas Tollway Authority, Gleneagles office located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75093. Proposals will be accepted only from firms that review work site.
Specifications and plan documents may be obtained for $25.00 at the office of the NTTA at the address provided in the previous paragraph, weekdays from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm beginning December 3rd through December 5th, 2008.
