Toilet Rental, Cleaning and Servicing
The Los Padres NF, Mt. Pino RD, is requesting the rental of Handicap Accessible and Regular toilets to include cleaning/servicing. See Attached Schedule of Items Page. Contractor Shall furnish all equipment, labor, supplies, supervision, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform portable toilet delivery/pick up, pumping, cleaning and effluent disposal services in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein. Contractor will coordinate pumping and service schedule with assigned District staff and be approved to pump/service at locations and dates as gates may need to be unlocked to allow access.
The locations are as follows: Snowbunny Hill Area; San Emigdio Saddle "The Y"; Chula Vista Parking Lot; Pine Springs CG; Halfmoon CG; and Goodhill Camping Area.
The period of Performance is anticipated to start:
Base Year - October 1, 2018 thru September 30, 2019
Option Year 1 - October 1, 2019 thru September 30, 2020
Option Year 2 - October 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2021
Option Year 3 - October 1, 2021 thru September 30, 2022
Option Year 4 - October 1, 2022 thru September 30, 2023
