Together Against the Weather Program
The Council is requesting qualified firms to expand the Together Against the Weather program for hurricane evacuation planning that targets special needs populations including Spanish-, Vietnamese and Chinese-speaking, and to also create a public-friendly webpage that serves as the regional resource for educational materials on special needs populations. Respondents are requested to discuss their expertise in the necessary areas listed in the RFP. The consultant (team) will be required to have knowledge and expertise in several areas; therefore, recommended criteria for the consultants on this project have been outlined.
