Tobacco Use Prevention Countermarketing and Media Campaign

The State is seeking proposals from applicants for a statewide countermarketing and media campaign to assist in our efforts to reduce and eliminate tobacco use among youth and young adults. The intent of the request is to identify a contractor to develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive tobacco use prevention countermarketing and media campaign that will help to reduce the initiation and ongoing use of tobacco. This campaign will be conducted both statewide and at the local community level and target youth ages 12-17 and young adults ages 18- 24 years old.
