Tobacco Cessation Quitline Services
The objective of this procurement is to obtain the services of a qualified firm to operate a telephone-based tobacco cessation quitline. The Successful Offeror will be responsible for establishing and maintaining comprehensive, proactive, statewide, toll-free tobacco cessation telephone counseling quitline, which will be available to all residents 13 years and older.
