The Supreme Court of Georgia Equal Justice Commission Committee on Civil
Justice ("CCJ") requests qualified research organizations to submit a statement of
qualifications and a detailed proposal for a comprehensive survey of civil legal
needs in the State of Georgia ("Legal Needs Survey").
CCJ has formed a Delivery Coordination and Needs Assessment subcommittee in
order to gain input from legal and social services professionals into the research
process. CCJ has discussed project objectives and established subcommittees to
provide feedback on vendor selection, questionnaire design and analysis.
