This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been prepared by Competitive Energy Services, LLC ("CES") for information purposes and is being furnished solely for use by prospective bidders in considering their interest in bidding to provide various fuels, including #2 heating oil, propane, diesel and bio-fuels - referred to collectively herein as "Fuels", to selected State of Maine facilities. CES has been retained by the State of Maine ("State") and will arrange for the dissemination of all information related to this RFP process. The State should not be contacted directly by prospective bidders under any circumstances.
