The Long Island Power Authority (LIPA or the Authority) is soliciting one or more qualified natural gas suppliers to provide natural gas supply to either or both of the KeySpan Gas East Corporation (NGrid) natural gas receipt points located in South Commack, New York and Long Beach, New York for delivery by NGrid to the Caithness Long Island Energy Center on behalf of LIPA.
