To Launch the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership
ASAE (The American Society of Association Executives) & The Center for Association Leadership (ASAE & The Center) invites interested and qualified consulting firms to submit a proposal to conduct an organization-wide assessment and audit; assist with designing, contributing content to and facilitating a Diversity Summit; and provide guidance on initiating a planning process, in order to launch the organizations first Diversity and Inclusion Initiative.
ASAE & The Centers goal is to build a more diverse and inclusive organization. In addition, as a membership organization, we are committed to developing internal processes, models and a culture around diversity and inclusion that can be defined and replicated to support our members in enhancing their skills and embedding such practices into their own organizations and throughout the association/nonprofit community. The scope of work outlined in this RFP is viewed as the necessary first steps in a long-term, institutional commitment to organizational culture change vis--vis diversity and inclusion.
