To Develop a Master Plan for the Revitalization of the Westlawn Housing Development

THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will receive proposals from qualified firms To Develop a Master Plan for the Revitalization of the Westlawn Housing Development until 2:00 PM (CST) on Friday, February 20, 2009, at the Housing Authority BID DESK, located the second floor at 650 West Reservoir Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53212.
Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained at the BID DESK or from the Housing Authoritys web page, www.hacm.org, free of charge beginning Friday, January 9, 2009. Mr. Warren Jones of the Housing Authority can be reached at (414) 286-3629 to answer any questions regarding the consulting services.
Westlawn is a 75-acre public housing site located on the northwest side of Milwaukee. There are 726 public housing units. The site is occupied.
Where appropriate, the bidder must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the Contract Documents.
