Title and Settlement Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite Offerors experienced in real estate title, settlement and related services to submit proposals to the State Highway Administration (SHA) outlining in detail their ability to provide such services to SHA in the following regions:
1.Region I, which includes all locations within the boundaries of Prince Georges, Saint Marys, Calvert and Charles Counties.
2.Region II, which includes all locations within the boundaries of Montgomery County.
3.Region III, which includes all locations within the boundaries of Baltimore, Harford, Anne Arundel and Howard Counties.
4.Region IV, which includes all locations within the boundaries of Allegany, Garrett, Washington, Carroll and Frederick Counties.
5.Region V, which includes all locations within the boundaries of Somerset, Worcester, Wicomico, Dorchester, Cecil, Kent, Queen Annes, Talbot and Caroline Counties.
