Title Searches
The County seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide Title Search services. For each title search, the Consultant will check all relevant records; including current owner(s),
mortgages, liens, and probate for up to a period of twenty years. Any mortgage or lien holder of
record will be noted along with their address.
