Title Search Services
The Town as recently been awarded their 2009 Small Cities Community Development Block Grant.
These funds provide low or no interest loans to income eligible property owners within the Town to perform various repairs to their property.
As part of the rehabilitation process, the preparation of a limited title search or bring to date is necessary for each participating property. The search must include names of owners, property description, list of encumbrances, tax check, and flood plain location.
