Pierce County is seeking a consultant(s) to provide approximately 500 Commitments for Title Insurance
(Title Reports) for the Public Works & Utilities Department. Other County departments may require some
Title Reports periodically, but these quantities are unknown at this time. Separate contracts will be
entered into by these departments at the same terms, conditions, and pricing as the final contract entered
into with Public Works & Utilities. All Title Reports must meet the standard American Land Title
Association 2006 policy specifications.
