Contract Information: a. General. Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Architect-Engineer (A-E) services contract is being procured in accordance with the Brooks Act (Public Law (PL) 92-582) and implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36 for Cannon Air Force Base New Mexico Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. This announcement is open to all firms that provide Professional services of an architectural or engineering nature, as defined by applicable State law, which the State law requires to be performed or approved by a registered architect or engineer. The initial contract anticipated to be awarded about 1 Dec 2010.
