Tissue Culture Renovation
This project shall be renovated within the existing Biomedical Research Building (NB) facility adjacent to functioning and occupied spaces. Therefore, it is essential the GC take great care in noise and dust control. All work will be performed during normal hours (7AM-5PM) with some after hours and weekend work in order to avoid interruptions in the daily operations of the NB Building. All hauling of trash, delivering construction materials to the job, and noisy activities, including but not limited to, shooting nails into the concrete, steel framing assembly, concrete coring, concrete cutting, metal stud cutting, hammer drilling, must take place after 5:30pm or before 7:00am, or as directed by the Construction Coordinator.
