This solicitation is for Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisitioon of the following: 2610-01-533-0485 (Tire, Pneumatic, Vehicle) not to exceed 5 months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first.
This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (BIDDS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP or about 06/12/2014; however, **DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation. **Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Ricardo Blanco at 614-693-1572 or scanned and emailed to [email protected]

One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.

This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
