Time study system and services
qualified proposers who are interested in providing a Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) software system and related services by August 1, 2011 and thereafter. The new system must be Web-Based with a capability to interface through the DCFS Web-Based Portal to workers and require little or no maintenance on the part of the State or DCFS.
