Contractor shall provide the vessel shown above with the characteristics offered and accepted at the time of award or substitution.
Only the vessel, or authorized substitute vessel(s), named on the cover of this document can be utilized under this contract.
Mission: Time charter of a U.S. flag vessel for personnel transfer of 35-40 midshipmen from Little Creek Amphibious Base, Norfolk, VA to Buoy C at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay, USA.
