Time and Attendance System
The City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors (companies) to provide a centralized, simple to use, capable and cost effective system that will be used for recording and tracking time and attendance for an estimated 500 active employees. The general types are: full time, part time, seasonal, volunteers, etc. The City currently processes two separate payrolls: Bi-weekly and Semi-Monthly. Semi-Monthly is paid on the 7th and 22nd of each month. The City has a city wide fiber, wireless and direct link throughout various city buildings and areas. There are currently 26 time clocks on the network attached by twin ax, dialup and one Ethernet. The City would like to eliminate time clocks down to two (2) and one (1) replacement.
The city is contained within an approximate 4 mile by 6 mile city limit, with the exception of the lake and landfill.
