Time and Attendance System
Mandatory pre-bid meeting 02/02/2010.
TIME AND ATTENDANCE SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:
1.The system must interface with SunGard SCT Banner 7X and any future upgrades.
2.The system must be web-based to allow employees to clock in by time clock or computer.
3.The system must be able to limit the location where employees can clock in.
4.The system must be able to provide reports such as:
a.Approaching Overtime Report
b.Whos In
c.Whos Not In
d.Punch Detail Report
e.Duplicate & Overlapping Punches
f.Punch Exceptions
g.Missed Punch Report
h.Early / Late Report
i.Other reports as needed
5.The system must be able to support a minimum of 1,000 employees.
6.The system must be able to support card swipe and bio-metric time clocks.
7.The system must able to support multiple shift schedules and multi-departmental schedules.
8.The system must be able to allow multiple timekeepers for individual departments.
