The City of Sparks, Nevada is requesting proposals for a Time & Attendance System which meets the needs of the City as set forth in the Technical Requirements of this RFP and which has the flexibility and capability to meet future needs. The City of Sparks reserves the right to reject all proposals and issue another Request for Proposal (RFP). The City of Sparks does not reimburse vendors for proposal submission costs. Price is a consideration in this process, but
not the only consideration. Other factors include a track record of successes at other municipalities, identification and understanding of the City requirements as embodied in the
proposal submission package, ability to meet those requirements, and experience and qualifications of key personnel.
