The U.S. ARMY TACOM LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT COMMAND in Warren, Michigan has a Time & Expense software (t&e sw) requirement for the following:
Licensing & Support
500 licenses, to include:
professional services for installation technical support and configuration,
1 user training class,
1 system administrator training class
User licenses shall be perpetual named user licenses and shall be locally assigned/reassigned by the TARDEC T&E SW system administrator.
Annual maintenance shall include live tier 2 technical support and version upgrades.
The solicitation details various Functional Requirements, Timesheet Entry Requirements, Reporting Requirements and Administrative Function Requirements of the software.
