The City of Burlington Employees' Retirement System, located in Burlington, VT, is conducting a timber investment manager search under the guidance of its investment consultant, Barry Bryant, CFA. The Retirement System has approximately $126 million in total assets. The amount of this search is $4 million - $6 million. All proposals will be evaluated by the investment consultant and recommendations will be made to the System. The final decision will be made by the Trustees of the Plan.
