Tile and Grout Restoration
A Solicitation for Tile and Grout Restoration Services for 11,333 Sq Ft of flooring in the public restrooms, lockers, showers, at the Alexandria VA Healthcare System, Pineville, Louisiana, according to Statement of Work (SOW) attached.
A Site Visit is provided to interested offerors for an opportunity on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at 10:00a.m. CST at the Alexandria VA Medical Facility, located at 2495 Shreveport Hwy 71 North, Pineville Louisiana. Vendors are requested to send no more than two (2) representatives and provide the prime vendor's name, address, and confirmation of SDVOSB/VOSB size (as verified in VET VIP database as this is a SDVOSB/VOSB set-aside).

This is a notice that this Solicitation is a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Only quotes submitted by a SDVOSB will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not SDVOSB will not be considered.
Interested capable sources to provide:
1) Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, and DUNS number.
2) SAM registration and/or ORCA as evidence of size status.
