Threat System Engineering - Specialized Products
The Missile Defense Agency, Threat Systems Engineering seeks information and potential sources interested to plan, define, design, integrate, test, assess, verify, and deliver Threat Systems Engineering - Specialized Products. Threat Systems Engineering - Specialized Products implement requirements that are unique to legacy modeling and simulation (M&S) tools, suitable to meet specific fidelity, runtime, and memory requirements, identified in the Additional BMD Threat Requirements, v1.0 (classified annex) to include: Computer Aided Design (CAD); High Fidelity (Six Degrees-of-Freedom (6-DOF)) kinematic models, specifications, trajectory data, and trajectory executables; 3-Dimensional Scattering Center (3DSC) Radio Frequency (RF) models, specifications, and signature data; Debris Simulation (DebrisSim) models, specifications, debris/signature data, and debris executables. These Threat Systems Engineering - Specialized Products support the Agency and the MDA Director for Engineering (MDA/DE) in efforts to expedite the development and delivery of cost-effective digital representations of adversary missile systems and missile-related observables in support of Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) development, integration, test, and assessment activities. Efforts will routinely require the application of advanced scientific and technical knowledge, approaches, processes, and tools to achieve both Agency and national goals.
