THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR FRESH PRODUCE DELIVERED TO THE VA SAN DIEGO HEALTHCARE SYSTEM.
REFER TO THE SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES FOR THE LIST OF LINE ITEMS REQUIRED.
THE QUANTITY OF EACH LINE ITEM IS THE ESTIMATED USAGE OVER 12 MONTHS.
THERE ARE NO MIMIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS.
CONTRACTORS CAN SUBMIT OFFERS BASED ON ANY CRITERIA THEY DEEM APPLICABLE. THE GOVERNMENT S OFFER WILL BE BASED ON PRICING SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
DELIVERIES WILL BE ON ORDER FROM THE NUTRITION AND FOOD SERVICE DEPT.
ALTHOUGH THIS SOLICITATION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
38 USC 8127(d), VETERANS FIRST CONTRACTING PROGRAM, THIS SOLICITATION WILL
CONSIDER VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (VOSB) OVER OPEN MARKET SMALL
BUSINESSES IF TWO REASONABLE OFFERS ARE RECEIVED FROM VOSBs.
ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 1200 PST ON 9/21/2017 TO ALLOW TIME FOR RESPONSE.
ALL OFFERS MUST BE RECEIVED IN PDF FORMAT TO BRYAN.BOGGS2@VA.GOV BY 0730 PST ON 9/25/2017.
