This is a sources sought for Data Acquisition Modules that will be used to enhacne the power and gerertor performance test capabilities.
DESCRIPTION:
The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Tenant Division, is seeking information on potential sources that can provide Data Acquisition Modules that will be used to enhance the Power and Generator performance test capabilities. This is a market survey for information only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS.
The anticipated NAICS code is 334513 (Instruments and related products manufacturing for measuring displaying, and controlling industrial process variables) and the PSC is 5975 (Electrical Hardware and Supplies).
Requirements
The system shall contain the following features:
8 Channel - Voltage and Current Analog Data Acquisition Module
- 4 channels of Voltage (DB-9 connection) - Low Voltage
Voltage range: 100V, auto range
A/D converter: 2 x DUAL CORE 24bit sigma deltas with 2 ranges each
with anti-aliasing filter, 200kS/s sampling rate per channel
Total Dynamic range: 135dB
Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR): 120dB@ auto range, 50 kHz rate
All I/O fully galvanic isolated +-1kV
- 4 channels of Voltage (4mm Banana connection) - High Voltage
Voltage range: 1000V, 50V, auto range
A/D converter: 2 x DUAL CORE 24bit sigma deltas with 2 ranges each
With anti-aliasing filter, 200kS/s sampling rate per channel
Total Dynamic range: 135dB
SNR: 120dB@ auto range, 50 kHz rate
All I/O fully galvanic isolated +-1kV
- 1x CAN 2.0b BUS isolated (9-pin D-SUB connection)
- 2x Sync port (4-pin LEMO connection)
- 1x Power In (6-36 VDC needed) (2-pin LEMO connection)

- 1x USB2 with Locking connector
