This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a solicitation for a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for Sample Data Collection services.
The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 30 May 2014 via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm to Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. The RFP number is W91ZLK-14-R-0002; hard copies of the RFP will not be issued. It is the contractors responsibility to monitor the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) for the RFP release and all subsequent amendments. This RFP will available for Full and Open Competition.
