The Department of Veterans Affairs will hold a pre-solicitation conference at the Waco, TX VAMC on Wednesday, January 23rd of 2013 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The VA may award multiple contracts from any subsequent solicitation. Participation in the pre-solicitation conference will not be required for the submission of offers. However, the VA feels that a site visit is essential to understanding the project. Participation in the pre-solicitation conference/site visit will be the responsibility of the offerors and is not reimbursable by the Government.
