Third-Party Billing and Collection Services
The City is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, experienced Providers who are interested in entering into a multi-year contract to provide third-party billing and collection services to the City. The Selected Provider shall be responsible for developing and managing the invoicing for billings that shall be generated as a result of the use of EPFD resources in mitigating vehicle accidents involving non-resident at-fault drivers. In addition to developing, managing and generating the third-party invoices to reimburse the City for utilization of personnel and EMS equipment, the Selected Provider shall also be responsible for the collection of the payments for such services.
