Professional engineering services for bid-ready Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for the demolition of buildings impacted by the Third Street Widening project. Services will also include above and below ground hazardous materials testing, analysis, and reporting; hazardous materials handling and disposal plans; agency agreements and approvals; utility disconnect planning; and support during bidding, demolition, and construction.
