The Board is issuing a Request for Sealed Proposals (RFSP) for services related to (1) auditing the processes and procedures of the Board's contractors and their subcontractors responsible for providing the development and delivery of its student assessments, and (2) administrative management of the the Boards Committee. The successful bidder will perform on-site audits during various stages of the assessment cycle, focusing most closely on test materials development; production of test materials; labeling, packaging, and shipping test materials; test administration; retrieving, receiving, and logging in test materials; scanning and editing; scoring; reporting; and storing and destroying test materials.
