Third Party Liability Services
a contract with one qualified vendor for the identification of third-party revenues; for determining Medicaid Program (Medicaid) expenditures to be investigated for third-party liability; assuring that third-party payers do not inappropriately shift costs to Medicaid; recovering Medicaid expenditures; and transferring third-party information to the ODJFS third-party liability database.
