Third Party Energy Audit Services
The College is seeking a statement of qualifications from firms interested in providing Third Party Energy Audit Services to (i) validate energy savings of proposed projects, and/or (ii) verify the energy performance of completed projects to determine the energy savings achieved. The selected firm must have extensive knowledge of energy and water-using systems found in institutional buildings, a working knowledge of energy efficiency retrofits utilizing state-of-the art technologies and a specific understanding of building operations and maintenance procedures.
