Third Party Administrator
The Agency is seeking proposals to provide third party administration services for the TEA 403(b) plan. Participation in the 403(b) is a supplement to active membership in the State’s retirement system. Eligible proposers are licensed third party benefits administrators not currently accepting employee contributions (to avoid conflict of interest). If Proposer also sells or represents annuities, Proposer agrees that, when promoting to TEA participants, all available annuities are represented to the participants.
