The MidAmerica Regional Council (MARC) is seeking a qualified company to provide Third Party Administrator or Financial Institution services for the OneKC WIRED|AIMKC office located at 920 Main Street - Suite 640, Kansas City, MO 64105. MARC is the fiscal agent for OneKC WIRED|AIM KC. The project involves: 1) Development and maintenance of an interactive endtoend software solution/ Web application for Lifelong Learning Accounts (LiLA). Lifelong Learning Accounts are individual asset accounts used for education purposes. 2) Setup and management of LiLA accounts for multiple employers and employees (participants). 3) Use of restricted electronic access card (MasterCard or Visa) for LiLA participants to access funds for education purposes. 4) Reconciliation and reporting for the Lifelong Learning Accounts.
