Thermal Infrared Imaging (TIR)
IMMEDIATE requirement for Thermal Infrared Imaging (TIR) as part of a cold water refuge study identified in the Battle Creek Salmon and Steelhead Restoration Project Adaptive Management Plan. http://www.usbr.gov/mp/battlecreek/pdf/docs/adapt/AMP_April_2004.pdf). 1.2 The entire project is expected to take approximately 6 months; however, the flight for TIR collection needs to occur before July 28, 2014 as there will be a hydropower outage that would increase streamflow and compromise the data collected after this date. See Statement of Work for detail. Due to the level of immediacy (narrow window for performance) for this requirement, all contractors with the site specific knowledge, skills and abilities are encouraged to submit a quote/proposal.
