The objective of this requirement is to obtain interpretation and translation services from Spanish to English and English to Spanish for the Environmental Conference being held in San Antonio, Texas by ARSOUTH.
The Contractor shall provide translation and interpretation services from Spanish to English and English to Spanish for ARSOUTH to support the conference. There is an estimated 12 presentations requiring translation prior to and during the conference from 11-24 August 2014. Additionally, interpreter support is required to interpret between Spanish and English. Furthermore, audio equipment technician support ensuring the equipment required to perform the translation and interpretation services is functional will be required during the conference from 23-29 August 2014.
