Full Term: 15 years
Firm Term: 10 years
Cancellation Rights: 60 days
Additional Requirements:
• Class A office space preferred.
• Leased space must be contiguous on one floor.
• Office hours are 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with 24 hour access to building.
• Access to freight elevator and loading dock preferred.
• Professional office. Not public facing.
• Below grade and first (1st) floor space will not be accepted
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
